About Us
Jasper Wellness Recovery Center is a peer-run, peer led, community recovery organization. Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness through education, support, and personalized care. We provide recovery services to those in the Wisconsin area, including those directly impacted by addiction or mental health conditions, their families, friends, and support systems. We believe that everyone has the potential to live a vibrant and fulfilling life, and we're here to help them achieve that goal.
Our team of professionals are in long term recovery too, and in that, are both passionate and experienced about providing long term solutions to meet the needs of Wisconsin families and communities.
Our Recovery Services
Structured Housing
Jasper Wellness Group has partnered with local sober living operations within the community to offer structured, safe, supportive housing for patients while attending both PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient) programs. Our Recover Center, located in eastern Green Bay, offers a safe and nurturing environment for both men and women. Our Recovery Center offers a cost-effective solution and ensures a sober environment for ongoing access to treatment and services both during and after addiction.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- This level of care provides the most intense level of treatment after an individual either completes a detoxification and/or inpatient level of care.
- Our PHP program provides monitoring in a structured environment while patients receive individualized substance misuse and mental health treatment.
- Each patient will attend programming 6 days per week for 5 hours per day.
- Daily Services Provided: Group therapy, Individual therapy, Trauma-EMDR Therapy, Family Sessions, Case Management, Relapse Preventions, Life Skills, Nutritional Meal Planning, Medication Management, Wellbriety, Reiki, SMART recovery, MAT Options, Urinalysis Screening
Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)
- Once a patient successfully completes our PHP program, they will be stepped down to our next level of care, which is Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)
- Depending on the individual's needs, patients will attend the IOP for 3-5 days per week for 3 hours per day. Average length of treatment: 30-60 days (SA-IOP)
- Daily Services Provided: Group therapy, Individual therapy, Trauma-EMDR Therapy, Family Sessions, Case Management, Relapse Preventions, Medication Management, Wellbriety, Reiki, SMART recovery, MAT Options, Urinalysis Screening
Peer Recovery Coaching
We take a personalized and evidence-based approach to wellness, utilizing the latest research and techniques to help our clients achieve their health goals.
Recovery Therapy
Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to promote a peaceful and welcoming environment, with amenities such as a group health room and access to both in-house and telehealth services.
Community Healing Center
Our second, stand-alone location in Suamico, Wisconsin offers holistic healing modalities for everyone, regardless of where they are on their healing journeys. Our Healing Community Center offers holistic and alternative healing modalities for the general public, as well as specialized programs for those recovering from substance use disorders and emotional health disorders.
